About Ancom Crop Care

The company started in 1969 as Ansul (M) Sdn Bhd, synthesizing its very first agrochemical product for the Malaysian plantation use. The manufacturing plant was located in Shah Alam, Selangor. In 1989, it was listed in the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. In 1997, the company diversified into other businesses and the agrochemical division was formed and named Ancom Crop Care Sdn Bhd to properly reflect its expanding activities in crop protection businesses.

Our product range has expanded vastly over the years to include Glyphosate Monoammonium, Brodifacoum, Carbosulfan, Clethodim, Cadusafos, Sulfentrazone and others. Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia has awarded us the utility patent for Glyphosate Monoammonium in the 1990s.

• Principal activities - Manufacture and distribution of timber preservatives and related chemical products.
